Who we are
GTB Pro Cleaning is a commercial cleaning company based in Surrey, British Columbia, founded in 2021. We clean offices, public-sector buildings, industrial sites, healthcare facilities, schools, retail properties and strata common areas across the Lower Mainland.
We work for the people responsible for buildings: facility managers, property managers, strata councils and procurement officers. They need a contractor who shows up as scheduled, documents the work and can provide insurance and safety paperwork when asked.
We are owner-managed. Sukhchain Sandhu, our Owner and Director, gives clients direct access for contract decisions and escalations, so you speak with the person accountable for the work. We plan every site around its own hours, access rules and priorities.

How we work
Every contract starts with a free on-site walkthrough. We confirm what needs cleaning, how often and when, then send a written scope so both sides know exactly what is included. Larger or multi-site contracts can also include a site start-up plan and an agreed reporting schedule.
From there, trained crews follow a checklist for your site, and supervisors inspect the results. Daily logs record the work, and we take corrective action on any reported issue within 48 hours.

Schedules are built around your operations. We can clean in the evening or overnight, on weekends, or during the day with a day porter who keeps lobbies, washrooms and breakrooms tidy while your building is open.
If your needs change, such as a tenant move-in, a special event or a busier season, we adjust the scope and schedule in writing so the program stays accurate.
